Sacral Bath: an informative educational bath program (7 steps) for 10 people

The program includes:
Warm footbath
Initial body warm-up, heat, fragrances, relaxation. Meditation
First steam ritual and salt & herb body scrub (peeling)
Aromatherapy (inhalation of herbal essences aided by soothing steam)
Whole body immersion in steam
Hot herbal compress for joints
Whisking with Lithuanian bath whisks 
Meditation after the bath
Hot Jacuzzi
Fragrant tea and local organic honey
 
The bath master assists you during each round in the bath and explains how each step of the ritual is performed and how it affects the body physically and spiritually.
Price: EUR 300 for bath rental with the program and additional EUR 5 per person for a bath whisk. 
Duration: about 5 hours.
Be ready to have a great time and bring your swimwear, slippers, a towel and a bathrobe (if needed).
