3 days to enjoy yourself and company of like minded people in a beautiful corner of nature surroundings. Greet the sun, practice yoga poses, breathing techniques, learn the secrets of human nature and please your body with great vegetarian food. We are excited to offer classes following the teachings of renowned yoga master B. K. S. Iyengar, who contributed tremendously to spread this ancient Indian knowledge worldwide. Iyengar method is very well known for precision, alignment and mindfulness, which makes the method safe and available to everyone. The teachers of the method undergo rigorous studies to sustain high quality of the teachings. Props like belts, blocks, etc were introduced by Iyengar to make yoga practice accessible to each and everyone regardless their age or physical capacity. Yoga poses (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama) are used to strengthen the body and calm the mind to connect to deeper self.

Private transfer to Kaunas/ Vilnius airport. Departure.

Surrounded by pine forests in the curves and bends of Nemunas river, it is an ideal place to please your body and soul. 

Hotel: Royal SPA Residence 4* modern hotel with a natural mineral water, curative and health-restoration programs surrounded by a peaceful nature. It is located next to the longest Lithuanian river Nemunas, at the heart of its regional park, surrounded by old pine forest.                                               Gvidomena Mazuliene – Gvidomeda is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher who has been studying and                                                                                  teaching the subject since 2002. Gvidomeda presents Iyengar method with clarity and softness that comes                                                                          from her ongoing studies of various spiritual traditions. She is an avid meditator deeply rooted in Christianity                                                                    and an expert in aromatherapy. Gvidomeda teaches full time in Vilnius, Lithuania. 


                                                   Antanas Kaziliunas - Antanas is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher, a graduate of Iyengar Yoga Institute Amsterdam. For                                                    more than 10 years he has been fascinated by how yoga helps get through the challenges of everyday life. He continues                                                    studies with most senior Iyengar teachers and he passionately shares that experience with his students. He teachers in                                                        Vilnius, Lithuania. 

Course information:

Yoga experience is not required. However, you should be able to perform its normal physical activity (when in doubt you should consult your doctor and / or the treating specialist). This weekend is based on Iyengar yoga and is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or condition.

What to bring?

The organizers will provided all the necessary props (if you have your beloved yoga mat, you can bring it). Keep in mind that we practice yoga barefoot in co. We advise men to wear shorts and leggings for women (the instructors are curious to see your knees in action). Otherwise wear whatever makes you feel good.
